Solution & Approach:
Our design team has deep domain knowledge in weldment manufacturing industry so we were able to take up the challenge of developing the design capabilities for the client and share our manufacturing knowledge to the client. Firstly, we designed the structure in to SolidWorks that was also encompassing the welding and connection details in them. Once the structure was approved in terms of aesthetics and dimensions we took the design to validation using Steady State Structural Analysis in ANSYS. Once the design was validated by our design validation team we prepared the fabrication drawings with other manufacturing documents.
Quality: The drawings were prepared with 100% first time right quality mark along with proper technical knowledge transfer to the client.
Turnaround Time: SCS prepared the design and manufacturing drawings as per the schedule of client.
